I’m very thankful for the opportunity I have been given at Family Heritage. I love being a part of something this great. The team of agents we work with are amazing, supportive, and a great family to be a part of. Being one of the youngest in the company, when I was thinking about what I wanted to do with my future career, I was needing something that would motivate me, give me freedom to live a balanced work/personal life, invest into my future, and not limit me financially. Family Heritage gives me all of these things. 

Before becoming an agent I was an optician at our local eye clinic for over a year, I loved working with the community and impacting our patients' lives, but I did not like that my pay was limited and I wasn’t getting the freedom that I needed. Working with Family Heritage every day I am still active in the community and impacting lives, but now I have the freedom to give myself raises based on how hard I am working. I now am able to create my own work schedule, which allows me to spend more time with my family and be available to them, go to personal appointments when I need to, and fund vacations I was not able to before making my career change. I have never been so excited about my future as I am now. I look forward to enjoying my career for many years to come, working with this amazing agency, and being able to support myself and my family.
