I started this career just two years out of college, knowing that I was going to be helping my community in so many ways - more than I could ever imagine. It has been a learning curve, but one well worth the journey. I worked with our local Soil Conservation District before I started my own adventure with this amazing agency. I have enjoyed every step of the way, even though it can be an intimidating one, stepping out of your comfort zone to protect others, including those who mean the most to you. 

I am so passionate about this career because my family, friends, and community are what mean the most to me. They are my support system, and I want to protect them before an injury or illness strikes. My goal is to educate as many individuals as I can so that they can make an informed decision. It breaks my heart when I hear somebody being diagnosed with cancer or heart issues, suffering an injury or ending up in the ICU. It hurts me even more when I didn’t get the opportunity to educate them before any of those instances occurred. I am here to help my community overcome battles before they even start so they can focus on their health and not bills. 

More about me: 

• My husband and I got married on October 9th, 2021 and are expecting a little one in the middle of March. We live right next to his family farm just south of Cleveland, ND.
• I grew up on a 3rd generation cattle operation in a small town called Turtle Lake (60 miles North of Bismarck, ND). This is where my love for agriculture grew and shaped the person I am today. I learned so many life skills that have carried into my career: working hard, taking responsibility, being reliable, and honoring family tradition. 
• I love working with our cattle and helping on the family operation. Most of my spare time is spent on the farm when I am not working to help my community.
• I am energetic, caring, motivated, and ready for adventure.
