The Arndt Agency has captured my heart. I have seen families over the years who have struggled to survive the financial repercussions of illness and accident, and I myself have been challenged with this burden. If only my family had the coverage offered by Family Heritage, the stress of losing income during an illness wouldn't have been an issue.

I come from the property management industry, specializing in affordable housing. I spent twelve years helping families who needed affordable housing due to low income or loss of income. Throughout that time, I met countless families who had been struck by illness or injury and could have benefited from the coverage offered by The Arndt Agency. These folks struggled to make ends meet when a spouse, child, or parent became ill and I saw firsthand how loss of income affects the most important security we all need: a roof over our head. I am now widowed with three daughters. They are my inspiration and "number ones." My goals and priorities have changed since losing my husband. Family always comes first, and I've grown in ways that improve my own worth. Meg and Amanda recognized my values and strengths and continue to foster my achievements. I can truly attest to the culture at The Arndt Agency being top notch. The values and compassion shared by Amanda means the world to newcomers and veteran employees alike. I have the flexibility to be present for my daughters and that has made this position with the company invaluable.
