I’ve watched it for over 40 vocational years. Those truly engaging with and enjoying life are writing different rules about work. For these people, work is no longer what you have to do so you can get a little of what you want. For these happy people, work, family and recreation all live well together; each part builds into the other. This view of work attracts those who want to put out maximum effort in all areas of life, because life is supposed to be full, fun, and challenging. This is the reality when you are a part of the Arndt Agency.
Consider a professional space where you set your own schedule and move yourself to a whole new level of compensation. You aren’t “provided” an opportunity. You are equipped to create an opportunity. One day, you’re up early because of compelling goals you set for yourself. The next day, you work your schedule, instead of your schedule working you, so you can have extended time with your bestie who needs someone to listen. You feel yourself moving from a nagging sense of scarcity and getting by, toward abundance and generosity. You are your own boss. You own a business. You get to proudly say, “I am self employed.”
But you are not on your own. The Arndt Agency team is fully invested in your success. Your corporate tools are well designed and effective. Training is rock solid. Corporate assistance is a phone call or email away. You are serving your community with the best products in the industry.
The best parts of professionalism, and being human, are abundant in the Arndt Agency; mature and maturing skill sets, honest conversations of the sort that help, faith, hard work, people working hard, laughter, and a focus on next day plans and hopes, instead of yesterday’s regrets or the status quo.
The rewards of this new way of working are abundant; excellent income for those who put out the effort, travel, service to your community, new friendships, and flexibility of schedule. It’s all here.
This is the Arndt Agency. Come join us.
I’ve always asked for a lot from my professions. Here’s my checklist. 1. Challenge me in regards to learning and the actual work, because that is where personal growth happens. 2. Compensate me very well using a performance based model. 3. Attract team members that come together to create an awesome team. 4. Allow me to control my time on, and my time off. 5. Be good to my family. 6. Be fun at least most of the time.
The Arndt Agency checked all the boxes.
Prior to becoming a licensed independent agent I moved through several other professions including: organized camp management, vocational ministry, corporate training and development, and business ownership in the service sector with up to 30 employees.
My family includes one wife for life, 4 adult children out of the house, and one adult child with special needs still living at home. We enjoy the outdoor activities of northern Wisconsin, our church community, an occasional Netflix binge, an occasional craft beer, a campfire with friends, and going to high school sporting events.
