The most important aspect that I was looking for in a career was culture. The Arndt Agency is built on people doing the right things. Amanda and Kyle go to great lengths to ensure everyone is a great fit and that we are well supported to help you achieve your goals with Globe Life, Family Heritage Division. 

• CHALLENGE 

I needed was to be challenged in what I did. I didn't want to get stuck in the same old thing every day. I meet many different people and do many different things daily. 

• SERVICE

I wanted to serve people and help them financially in the darkest moment of their lives. We have all seen the Go Fund Me pages and posts; I want to EDUCATE my clients on protecting themselves and their families. So they don't feel alone or scared about where that next paycheck is coming from when they're battling cancer.

• COMMITMENT

I firmly believe in our products and my personal commitment to every client. 

• FAMILY

I am hard-working, genuine, and very straightforward. I live in Wahpeton, ND, with my beautiful wife (Sam) of 11 years and our three children, ages 4,8, and 10. I take great pride in my family and the values that we are instilling. I have served in the military for over fourteen years and still currently serve. I am passionate about my family and providing for them. 

I pursued this career because I always had to prove myself, with little to no recognition from previous employers. I went to work, and I never missed a day, never showed up late. I exceeded the expected results and was never outworked. I felt undervalued, under-appreciated, and underpaid in everything I did. My invaluable time was being stolen from my family, friends, and myself for a mere wage (that even the worst employee was earning). I chose and continue to choose this career to invest in myself and prove I’m not just a dollar sign for a business. I choose this career to spend valuable time and moments with my family and friends. I'm in control of my time, effort, and income, but the most critical is that I choose this career to protect and serve my community. To serve families like yours. 

I am here to serve my local business owners, employees, our communities, and our families. To protect them from the unexpected facets of life, that is my promise to you.
